During 2021, L&E launched the Tzamarot Accelerator for environmental game-changing initiatives in their initial/middle stages of development and impact.
Six different initiatives (1-2 people from each initiative) that address various environmental needs, spanning food rescue, ocean and seas wildlife, pedestrian rights, and Arab-Jewish environmental collaboration have undergone intensive professional training with leading figures in the Israeli civil society to upscale their work and establish their projects for the long term. With an active steering committee together with L&E’s long standing expertise, the initiatives underwent a year-long program that included group and personal professional training, capacity-building, and seed funding for further development. Another cycle will commence during 2022.
